Every time I book a flight, they cancel it. They won't refund my money. I have written letters, and they are digging in their heels. How can I rebook when every time I do it, they call and say your flight has been canceled, please call and rebook. This has been going on since 2019 and I still haven't used my ticket. Also, they damaged my suitcase and gave me $100 credit and I haven't been able to use it because they keep canceling my reservation. Now, I think it expired! User's recommendation: Don't fly Frontier.
