T-Mobile promotion

I went to Auntie Anne and it was closed. I went to another one, and they had stopped honoring the T-Mobile Tuesday. This was around 2pm. I do not understand if the promotion was not expired, why it wasn't honored User's recommendation: Do patronize auntie annes.
