On the 12th of December, I was hacked by a claim that someone had charged $500 to my Amazon Account. My cooperation allowed the perpetrator to gain access of my system. I was able to turn off the computer before his actions were complete. I then called Malwarebytes, at the number supplied on your website. The tech told me that I had to purchase a two hundred Google card but that Malwarebytes would refund the amount to my account. Normally I would not participate in such an action. However, the gentleman who was helping me came from the Malwarebytes telephone number. I contact him! The Huntington bank is currently reviewing the entire transaction and believes that I should not have been hacked by contacting malwarebytes customer service number.
