Susquehanna Bank Drive-Up Teller Review from Baltimore, Maryland

3

My car broke down on the side of the highway I had two small children with me ages five and three. My car has built in car seats so when my brother came to get me to take me to the bank we had to get into his excursion. I strapped my boys in the back with seatbelts and went to the bank to get out the cash for the tow man. The teller at the drive thru acted like she couldn't find my money. We sat there for over ten minutes. My five year old got out of his seatbelt to ask for a lollipop. Finally as we pulled off we were pulled over by the police. He told us he had to give us a ticket for not having a car seat and that THE PEOPLE at the bank called. He even said the ladies were wrong for calling him but he had to give a ticket. $357 per child! In court the officer dropped one of the tickets. Since when is it okay for a bank to call the police on a customer. It wasn't like they flipping over seats or something. When I called the branch manager to complain she pretty much said I was luring even though I have the officer to back me up I have trust fund money coming to this bank every month and this is how they treat me. I hate that place
