Surprisingly had my refund without too much hassle!

I wanted to try emastered because it seemed like a cheaper way of mastering. On day 13 I decided it wasn’t working for me, and I’d been careful to only try the mastering 4 times...so asked for my refund. I then checked this site and few others who said they weren’t very honourable and was quite worried! I was also worried that I’d signed up to a “annual commitment” account by accident. One criticism I have is that it’s so easy to make the mistake of signing up to the wrong account by mistake. Really feared the worst. However, the “Smith Carlson” chat gimmick got back to me within 3-4 hours and asked a few questions. I mentioned I wanted the “no question refund” but proceeded to explain that I’d tried mastering a few different mixes of the same song and it wasn’t working out for my music. They said that they had got in touch with their finance team and will refund within 5-7 working days, as long as I don’t use my account any further. Sure enough within 3 days my money was refunded! I don’t know if I’m one of the lucky ones, or whether they have improved their customer service substantially...but I can’t have any complaint, it was actually worth a try in my case!
