5/14/2017 I purchased a blizzard account from someone for Diablo III. On 6/2/2017 I found out some of the personal information cannot be changed from blizzard support. So now the previous owners name and country will remain on the account. When asking Blizzard support a question regarding if some of my personal information could be compromised I was denied support and the GM copied and pasted the exact same note on how they do not provide support to trading/sharing/selling between players and how that was stated clearly several times.( It was not mentioned several times) So because I purchased an account I am being punished and refused support. I should have the right to put my information on the account information section and should be able to remove the previous owners information. Support should not be taken away from me because I purchased an account. Ticket Number: US59965046
