In May 2019 we signed up our son at the summer camp for June 2019. This was well over $200 but since I bought the Gold membership is came out to $180. Later in June I saw on their website a sale for all summer classes for $140. I called DBat to let them know why we were charged the full amount and if the difference was going to be refunded. The Manger instructed me that an email would be sent regarding the difference to the customers and a "credit" could only be given??? Where in the fine print was this mentioned that refunds could not be given or at the time of purchase? Till this day no one has reached out to me regarding the "credit" which let's be honest cannot pay for anything in the DBat classes. Full disclosure should be given before parents make purchase. Coach also did not even fill out my sons feedback on the last day. Pages were left blank. I will also be cancelling the gold membership this month. Staff is not knowledgeable with any type of questions regarding camps/clinics, contact info and your kids progress. Nice place but will not pay again for this service.
