I purchased a 2018 Subaru, cash, sight unseen. I used Cross Creek Subaru because the local dealer did not have the model or color I wanted. I took advantage of the free delivery to me within 150 as was advertised. I spoke with sales personnel, sales manager and other people at Cross Creek to confirm all of the details and to be sure I had a cd player. They literally dropped the car off at my house, took my money and left. They reviewed NOTHING with me. It was, of course, after they left, I discovered no cd player. It is not July. No cd player. I paid CASH. I was lied to. Subaru, the family of thieves.
