Stunningly incompetent and indifferent to customers

My interaction with this company was as a customer ordering a replacement part for an outdoo item. I was incredulous at the company's (1) incompetence, (2) indifference, and (3) organizational ineptitude. I would avoid using their services in any possible way. I ordered a proprietary part by phone via a number given by the product manufacturer, and SunNest apparently handles this aftermarket sales line. The order was completed on June 20th with a promised delivery of 10 business days. A written confirmation of completion of order and delivery details was emailed to me that day. No delivery or notification of shipment was given by July 6, so I called SunNest again and was told the order never was given to their warehouse. No apology or acknowledgement of their error was given to me. Since the product was proprietary, I agreed to "reorder" and was given a new window of 10 days. By July 16, no notification of shipment was given, so I called yet again to check on the status of the order, and was again told no record of warehouse having order was evident. After some fruitless pursuit of commitment on company's part to fulfill the order with the phone rep, I asked to escalate the complaint to a higher supervisory authority and was told that my message would be passed to one and he/she would call me that day. As you probably surmised, no one called that day. I called back the next day to pursue the matter. Again, the cavalier disregard for my inconvenience and waste of time, as well as indifference to their incompetence in failing to fulfill a simple order and inability to trace the problem and find a solution was infuriating. I again asked to be routed to a supervisor and was ensured I would be connected to one; after 20 minutes on hold for the supervisor, the line simply timed out and disconnected. Clearly, in both cases, there was no supervisor who was going to speak to me. I called back again to cancel the order. I asked for a written confirmation; this phone operator was unable to commit to that. So, I may have cancelled the order - or not. This company is spectacular in its incompetence and complete indifference to customer service. Its phone attendants are woefully uninformed and ill-equipped to fulfill the simplest, most straightforward of orders. The deliberate misleading of me, a customer, in being told told I would speak to a supervisor is glaringly brazen and demeaning. I would advise anyone to steer clear of using this company. And, now, the kicker: after cancelling (I am hopeful) the order with SunNest, I found the same product on Amazon and ordered it. Within 20 hours, I received a shipping notice from this Amazon seller that my product would reach my home within two days of ordering. SunNest could not do that in a month, after several calls.
