Hello. I was just starting my store up and just starting to get buyers. Everytime i made a sale bonanza would put my store on hold immediately when they wanted to collect their fee instead of giving me a little bit of time to pay the fee with my paypal. I paid those fees and after i did it took them 72 hrs each time to unfreeze my store. I had to email them many many times to try to get my account unfrozen. The last time i emailed them for that same matter, they completely shut down my whole account including my login. Now im unable to process a couple sales in which customers already paid. When running a sales platform, its important to have instant communication because you are dealing with customers all of the time. Having to wait for a response for 72 hours defeats the purpose of paying monthly for a membership because each day you have to wait, its taking business away. This happened to me 4 times. Thats 12 days i wasnt able to sell out of 30 days in which i paid for. Also i paid for 1 month for a discounted rate of 25 dollars which was suppose to resume after my free trial month. However it made me pay for ANOTHER month before the free trial ended. So this company refunded me 40 dollars and still owes me 25 dollars. Im looking to take legal action for them permanently suspending my store without carefully reviewing my account.
