I used this service for one month and promptly cancelled it bc let's face it, who keeps redrafting their resume every month. Not only did they continue to charge me but my credit card actually expired part of the way through the series of charges. Somehow they got my new C.V.V. and expiration date!!! AND I asked them for a receipt for my first charge and they refused, claiming, "those are OUR records. We do not give them out." WTH?! Rest assured, I had no problem ruining the customer service reps day. I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit against this terrible organization. Ripping off people who are trying to get jobs? Seriously?! Why can't I give 0 stars, negative stars, or better yet, rotten tomatoes.
