Requested a 401k loan. After waiting for my check for 2 weeks, I call and they void and reissue the check which they say must have gotten lost. Waited another 2 weeks to be told the second check was returned to them but all the while they have had the correct mailing address. 3 business days ago I was told the 2nd check would be mailed back out within 24hours. Today’s status is the check still has not been mailed back out and the rep does not know why. And magically there is no supervisor or manager available for me to speak with. These people are a joke and they are completely giving me the run around!
