Still waiting for order
Ordered on May 8th and sat on my charge as pending for 10 weeks. No response to 4 emails and on hold for over an hour and still did not get through. I have been ordering for over 9 years from this company and cannot believe how they have gone down hill with their customer service. Sadly my last order. User's recommendation: Order at your own risk.
