Ive been waiting over a month for a free shipment label to return a very expensive doll...that literally started falling apart on me. I ordered the Lily Rose doll, which is part silicone...her left lip is splitting, 2 fingers are ready to fall off, and she has a split in her left wrist. Im so disheartened...Ive never spent that much on something frivoulous. She was paid for...so I guess they think thats the ok to screw me over. I either want my money back, or a replacement! And if it happened with the replacement, Id want my money back! I dont give a *** if return time is up! Im beyond pissed!!! User's recommendation: Dont let any company get away with this kind of crap!!
