I bought a moneypak card for the amount of $200 and never was able to upload the money on any greendot card or even make the account to attempt to load it on a card. I have tried calling but only get a response by recording telling me to file complaint on website. I filed the complaint and heard nothing back. Made a complaint here and heard nothing back. Greendot and monkeypak are a joke. IF I COULD RATE WITH NO STARS THEN I WOULD. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE A MONEYPAK CARD IT'S A RIP OFF.
