still I don’t get my parcel

Sir. I am from india, and I order one hoodie from deal man with order number order #dm1442793.. I ordered on 15-oct -2017 stil I dnt get my parcel.. And when I m tracking my parcel it is showing that parcel is in singapore ftom last 15 days.. Please sir provide me my parcel.. That was my birthday gift from my gf side😢😢😢... Please provide me that hoodie.. This is first gift for me from her side,, 😢😢😢😢😢
