Still Getting Billed During Lockdown

The manager of the Libertyville location said that fees would be waived while the facility was closed. Not so. Just got my Visa bill and there was the Membership Fee. No one at Xsport to answer calls, so I'm contacting Visa to dispute the charges and removing my Credit Card number from my account.
