Extremely slow shipping, extremely poor quality product. Seams tore after a couple wears. The worst customer service I have probably ever dealt with. Originally I purchased a pare of sweatpants from this company and noticed after a week they had yet to ship them so I asked to have the order cancelled. The company did not reply right away and then told me due to the popularity of their product they were unable to cancel the order because it had already been processed by the shipping department. A few weeks later I got notification that the product had finally shipped. I had planned on just returning the pants but decided to keep them since I had waited so long. I wore these pants maybe 4-5 times and noticed that the seams had already began to tear. Keep in mind I only wear these for an hour or two before bed, this is normal wear. I contacted the company and showed them photos and they replied that since the pants had been worn they were unable to provide a refund because they could no longer re-sell them. The material they used for these is very thin and of poor quality and nothing is double stitched. The customer service is less than helpful. I would stay far far away from ever making a purchase with this company.
