I called the Atlanta NACA office to ask a general question to one of their pre -purchase counselors. I was told that, if I was not a member, I would not be able to receive any assistance.I asked to speak with the director and was drilled by Tanisha Dixel. Tanisha was not allowing me to be transferred to the director. Tanisha demanded to know why I was requesting to speak with the director. I felt harassed by Tanisha 's line of questioning and her refusal to just provide me with the requested information at the earliest possible moment. American's beware of shady businesses. FYI....... I got NACA 's number for the pre-purchase counselor from the HUD DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING@ 1-80*-569-****. Why would Hud promote and advertise the use of services from NACA, when knowing you must be a member to get or receive any assistance. Very underhanded and sneaky not to mention deceptive business tactic. Americans beware of wolves in sheep clothing. Do your research, ask more questions and be determined.
