I have been waiting for my order. Received email notification that package was delivered. NO PACKAGE. Order [protected]. Stated FedEx was delivery service. FedEx stinks. Called Rue La La on hold for 41 minutes so far. Totally disgusted. Waiting online (phone) as I am writing this complaint. Don't know how much longer I will wait on hold. Maybe an hour wait which is far too much. Need to improve customer service. This phone line is a NO RESPONSE line. Rose Olenick
