This is the second year in a row that my son and daughter-in-law have sent me a dozen dipped strawberries for Mother's Day. They are so excited to please me that I cannot tell them that BOTH YEARS the package has come with melted cold pack and the contents are as warm as the air outside (quite warm). The chocolate is sweating and half the strawberries are rancid. When I call to complain, the wait is said to be over 60 min, but if I push a #1 they will call me back - I tried that 7 times and never got a call back. Unfortunately I will have to tell my son not to waste his money (and it is EXPENSIVE) on products by Shari's Berries.
