But after I made a payment, I got an email saying that the product I needed was unavailable. They asked me to wait a bit and promised to let me know as soon as they would get it. I supposed that it would get available in a couple of days. I waited for 5 days and called them to get some more information about the terms.They couldn’t give any precise information, so I asked for a refund. But I didn’t get it that day and the next 2 days as well. I sent an email to the support team, but they ignored it for 2 days. So, I was forced to write them once again and to warn that I was going to take certain legal actions. In the end, I received both the refund and the email with their apologies and explanations.
