I reached out to Green dot specialist team reagarding my account, which at the time had 98.00 available on my account. I believe the person that took my call and knew this has something to do with a scam charge that happen 20 minutes after I got off the call with a lady from green dot specialist department. The total amount was 35.73 taken from my account leaving my balance less then what i had to pay my bill on. I called back and ask to speak with a supervisor and she told me its pending and could not do anything about it. I then had to ask the supervisor which should show if calls are recorded for Corporations phone number the number she provided me did not get me to anyone in return the number she gave stated for me to call back the same number that got me to a specialist. At this point I am very aggravated with using this again. I should have you all investigated as i believe you have a mule in the specialist department whom notice i had funds and took advantage of it.
