We called for 2 days before we received service. The main line to our home was shorting out and feeding 220 volts trough all our 110 lines. This is very dangerous. When technicians arrived they were shocked nobody responded and said the same this could have been really bad. Not sure why we had to call several time. How do we get credit for our damaged ac and appliances
