I like your soups, but lately the cans have been extremely difficult to open. The pull tab will not pull the top open and if pulled harder, the tab comes off. The can will not fit on a regular electric can opener. The blade won't reach far enough down. The opener works on all other brands. I had to use a punch and a needle nose plier to open yesterday's meal, which was chicken pot pie, but other flavors have also been difficult. What can be done about this? I did call your CS number but I think this email explains the issue better. Awaiting your response.
