Sometimes my personal account doesn’t work.

I often go to my personal account and noticed that lately the software has been working too slowly, and sometimes even freezes. When I contacted technical support with this problem, they told me that they knew about these difficulties and they were associated with a large number of new customers. I was also promised that the programmers and technical staff working at the bank will soon scale the system and there will be no such delays. I trust these specialists and will gladly continue to work with this bank.

Even if through their fault you cannot use your account, they still charge you, so be careful, you may not regain access, but still pay for it.
