I received my order this morning. Several Hours later another package addressed to me was delivered. I opened it to find three ornaments purchased by someone in Wyoming, and supposed to be delivered to someone in Arizona, per the shipping label inside the package. Called Personalization Mall-could not get thru. Emailed them, same result. Contacted you. Nothing. Called Fedex. They agreed to send someone to pick up the package and redeliver it. Havent come yet. I hope these people will get their ornaments somehow, and I better not be charged for them. It should not be so hard to rectify something like this. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from personalization. Customer service is practically non-existent. I spent a good part of my day and night trying to get this delivery to the rightful owner. I hope that personalization mall will put in as much effort.
