Purchased above dehumidifier from Menards Home Store, Dubuque Iowa 08-06-19. Up until about a week ago dehumidifier was working fine. Now dehumidifier runs, but will not kick in to start dehumidifying.. Unit does not display any error codes. Regardless of where the humidity level percentage is set or what mode the unit is set on the display never changes from displaying "67 68 or 69" Actually this is the constant temperature of the the basement area the unit is in. Checking with other humidity gauges shows normal readings of between 50-60%..Unit continues to run and never shuts off .No water is ever being extracted into the bucket... This unit is just plain not working. I need a repair service or replacement.
