Sold a wedding dress through Tradesy- the dress was in perfect condition and never altered. Tradesy quickly took their cut (a ridiculously large cut that no other selling site takes that much)...they're charging me for not using the funds on Tradesy?? I'm currently still waiting for the funds to transfer to my account. I filled out all forms correctly - and they send me an email saying they can't verify my identity and try again. I went back into my account and there are no funds - $0. I'd better get my money. Worst part- no customer service number listed on the site. Such poor customer service. They want you to email only and say they'll respond in 7 days...??? I wish I had read the reviews before selling. DO NOT USE TRADESY- help them go out of business!
