So many problems, where do I start?

1

Purchased a 2019 Fleetwood Pace Arrow K38, brand new off the lot Sept 17th, 2019. We saw this unit at the Raleigh NC RV show in late August 2019 and loved the layout, Couldn't pick it up right away, so we picked it Sept.17th. I asked the salesman to please have the unit gone through with a fine-tooth comb before the 17th! Apparently the drive at the show hit something and 2 of the undercarriage compartment door were damaged. OK, no problem, they'll fix it. So my wife and I went to do paperwork and pick it up. They do a walk around, of course, the tech turns on the key to start it, boom the leveling jacks released and the coach drops. I had already booked and paid for, a camping trip to NY and had to go, my daughter living there was having an operation! While driving on the highway up from NC, the master bathroom window just blew out, no reason. Of course, the dealer thought it was me. They asked me what had I hit? NOTHING I said. Since this was our first trip, when we set up, I went through it. The hot water heater didn't work, the level jacks sucked, the craftsmanship with the wallpaper was put up in a rush, the carpet, by the time I returned it and went over with a manager, there 5 pages of issues. So, the dealer took the couch immediately, I had the unit for a week. Dealer took it in, had it from October 10th, 2019 until Feb 25th or 26th, 2020. No hot water, the hydraulic hose was still leaking, they kept it 2 more weeks. Took it to the house, plugged it in and what turned next was the transfer relay was bad. I had them come to my house this time and had it fixed in an hour or so. It sat until late March, went camping for 3 days with no issues. Came home and had a certified electrician change my outside 30 amp camper plug changed to a 50 amp, checked L1 and L2 at 120, crossover 240, good right, nope, for the next 3 days I would have brownouts L1 and L2. The dealer tried to blame my guy of course. REV said it was the transfer relay! Took the coach to the dealer April 8th, 2020, the dealer still it as of this posting. So, I've made 7 payments and I've had physical custody of this thing maybe 40 or fewer days total. Talk about pissed, yeah, I'm pissed. The price of this thing was over 200K, with a 30K cash down, I guess I had higher expectations than I should have, considering I have a mortgage payment each month now, at least the house is paid for. I do have the 5 pages of repairs, but they're in the coach, I will post them later, or later this summer or as soon as I get it back! Whichever comes first! User's recommendation: If I had it to do over, I would not have signed anything until everything was repaired first. fixed first!
