Snipes not going through; NO customer service!
I have made multiple bids in the past few months, and when they failed I notified customer service..........and I mean "service", because they never responded. An automatic "we will get back to you" is sent but I never got a response. I waited awhile before I tried another snipe, and it failed again today. shame on them!..........not only for not doing what they promise, but for what comes to essentially stealing. If they are out of business should at lease credit what funds they took. There appears to be no recourse.........will look to see if I can register a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I have nothing more to say, but need to fill with one hundred words for this to get published.....sorry........who would have thought someone would NOT want brevity.
