Small Business Owner Fed Up!
Overpaid on account because they kept overbilling me. When I called it to their attention it became a huge nightmare. Over 6 months talking back and forth with their "customer service" about getting this credited on my account. Heard various stories about how it takes 6 weeks then was told it would be credited on my final bill and blah blah blah. After 6 months of this crap and no result I finally reported them to the PSC. Well, that resulted in nothing much. They PSC said Atmos told them that we were a "seasonal customer" and as a "seasonal customer" we are given new accounts each time we "reactivate" our service. (We have 2 businesses and only use gas for heat so in the summer we have it turned off) However, I have looked at my bills and the account number has been the same for years! It was just a bs line that the PSC bought and well, nothing was done to them. They can lie and steal from whoever they want because no matter who you complain to you will lose. Sucks. If there was another gas company we could use I would because I hate Atmos. A bunch of thieves and liars.
