November 4th 2016 I made my regular payment via electronic check. I was making the payments for my mother in which her name was on this account. Sls then contacted my mother on november 28th and demanded another payment in which she paid over the phone as they said they would report negatively on her credit report. I have sent numerous verification that there was a double payment made. They have given both of us the run around and refuse to return the overpayment. That's what you get for always paying on time. Do not do any business with this company. Does anybody know how to find the right information to do something about this. These big companies need to stop ripping people off. Stop sls. Please spread the word. I won't stop until I get my hard earned money back!!!
