Slow Internet, customer service needs to be better

They claim that they
provide 4GLTE, but very often it turns out to be just 3G or even 2G. Ain’t
cool, guys! This provider has got accessible plans, that’s true. But why do I
need cheap, but slow working Internet, if I can pay a bit more and have great
speed of data download? Also, coverage isn’t good everywhere: even being at
home, I have to refresh videos on YouTube every 30 secs. It’s not a joke, and
it annoys me desperately!

Also, their customer
service needs work. Reps are rather supportive and interested in finding a
solution to the problem. But, damn, you have to make an effort to get somebody
on the line. I was lucky enough to talk to the representative only on the third
day.

I don’t want to say
that it’s the worst provider, but they need to do their best to fix existing
problems!
