slow customer service to return items

I bought two light fixtures on line. When I received them I discovered I'd ordered the wrong size so requested authorization to return. Although slow in providing it, I did eventually receive authorization to return the item, at my expense. Since I bought two fixtures to coordinate I decided to return the second also so requested second authorization number to return it. Ylighting gives only 10 days to return for full refund (you pay return shipping). It has been 5 days and still I have received no authorization to return second item. They are really fast and efficient getting your money. . . try getting it back. I think Ylighting wants to exceed 10 days so they can rip you off. Stay away from this site. Very poor business practices.
