Sleepless nights

I bought queen sealy bed cash in 2015 Geen & Richards Welkom.I would like to know if you can assist me to change the mattress asap, the mattress sunk and hurts my body I can’t sleep well anymore, unfortunately I don’t have a receipt but I really need to change it please help , problem started last year 2017.
