I have purchased a pair of shoes from this site and received an incorrect size. When I contacted Sunandski support they said that they'll ship me a replacement after I return the incorrect size pair. So I paid for the return shipping and sent the shoes back and later I received a replacement. I was shocked when I tried them on and realized they were still two small (wrong size again!). So I had to do return shipping two times until I finally received the correct size shoes. Sunandski is very hard to deal with, better shop elsewhere.
