Single Mom, Mid-January, 30 degrees, no heat, “sorry we didn’t call”

"Two of our guys called in sick." No one even bothered calling me, after I had waited a week already. Brand new propane furnace ( seller had installed, I didn't want) and no %$#@ propane STILL, A WEEK AFTER CLOSING ON MY HOME. UNBELIEVABLE.
