Show cancelled due to COVID and now refuse refund

I had purchased two tickets to Hamilton for an April show that got cancelled. Funny thing is that when I called to inquire at the end of April, they told me straight-faced that they had issued a refund two weeks prior. I got the same lie in May on two occasions. Now I get an email offering store credit for $441, which is less than the price of the tickets! I don't want store credit because I will never EVER use this service again. RUDE staff and *** emails back and forth. User's recommendation: stay away from this company.
