Shorted items on pick-up order

On April 23, I picked up an order at the Overland Park, KS store using the Aisles On Line service. Store personnel loaded the bags into the back of our SUV so that we would not have direct contact with them. Upon getting the order home, we discovered we were shorted three items that we got charged for, totaling about $16 plus tax. We called the phone number on the receipt. Never got a call back. We e-mailed management, using the address at the top of the receipt. We never heard back. Still waiting. Some of the produce quality was not great. Green bell pepper was smallest I have ever seen - about the size of a Roma tomato. User's recommendation: Don't use the Aisles On Line service.
