Shore Buildings Won’t Open Ammenities – Despite Gov Allowing Openings

Hi; I am an owner in The Shores Building in Monmouth Beach all the amenities are closed and have been since last March 2020 and the Board will not open any amenities despite being allowed to open per the Governor's guidelines and CDC Guidelines. Please call me to discuss. The summer is coming no Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, Restaurant or Gym yet we are being charged for all these amenities and Board states no to reopening.
