Shoes not as described

I ordered 2 pair of shoes 4/8/2015 after 30 days I begin email the company in search of order and tracking number. I received 4 excuses as to why it was not sent. Finally I get a email stating I would receive 6/5/2015 via dhl. One item is the wrong color and the other item came separate was NOTHING AS DESCRIBED. I immediately email for return address because I'm prepared to return immediately and with the 15 day return policy period. The company then emails me and say they are unable to find my order because I have an unregistered email address!!! I think the company will use stalling tactics to avoid giving me return address information to refund me. I highly not recommend this company to the public. I'm still fighting and demanding return address.
