I purchased two pairs of New Balance women's shoes one size 9M and another my regular size 8.5 W at Joe's New Balance Outlet and both were too small again; I say again because last year I purchased another pair that was my regular size but were too small still and I gave them to my daughter who wears a 7 1/2 instead of returning them and having to pay for return shipping.I still have another pair that were made in 2018 that are the same size and fit great,maybe a little loose now.Let me say that I have always purchased New Balance shoes because they were so comfortable and true to size but not these two pairs that I purchased about 2 weeks ago.I called New Balance and they do not care and told me that I had to return both pairs at my expense and they will send me a $15 coupon to compensate me for shipping.I am sure me paying for return shipping for both pairs would be more than $15 because I would have to return the boxes too ! New Balance eat some crow because of your bullshit.I am so pissed it's unbelievable and also because they think that I will purchase another New Balance pair of shoes again! User's recommendation: Run, don't walk away from New Balance shoes!
