My 75 year old mother called to make an appointment; John Romani told her Friday or Sunday was available. She emailed him and told Him Sunday. When she called to ask what time he had free, he started literally screaming and yelling at her that he had several appointments already, we're in the middle of a pandemic, and no one is showing up for work. As if that wasn't bad enough, he then stated that if she expected this level of customer service (am appointment the next day), she should call someone else. He is the rudest, most disgusting human being we have ever done business with and doesn't deserve to even have a business anymore. Wish I could give you zero stars for being worthless. User's recommendation: Stay away from him.
