I used self check out and the machine wouldn't recognize my reusable bag. I tapped using my own bag and it still would not go through and the screen said "wait for sales associate assistance" No one was at the kiosk for the self check out helping people so I asked someone working another register if he could have someone come help me. 10 minutes later a girl walks over who had been walking around the check out area. Someone should be at the self check out as a rule but there's never anyone there and I have to hunt them down. It's not good business and takes out the convince of self check out. Don't have it if you aren't gonna have someone monitoring it.
