Saferwholesale/Great Sport Inc is not like other online sellers, they take a week to even process your order because they do not actually have the scooters on hand. They will tell you that they have to wait for the factory to send them the warranty part and then you will never receive the part making your new scooter useless unless you order the part from somewhere else and pay for it. They use a shady company called KRW and associates for financing and if you are crazy enough to sign a contract you will be paying a one year "lease" and then another year or more to pay the scooter off. the "Lease" is actually the value of the scooter + interest and then the year or more after is on top of that so it is like getting a scooter from a rent to own outfit. they are the only ones that use KRW, i have yet to see another online powersport retailer use them. The scooter you get in the crate may or may not look like the one in the picture, it depends on what the factory sends out, I have seen people get completely different scooters and the seller will not correct it unless you pay for shipping both ways and then are prepared to wait weeks. I purchased a scooter from them that needed parts after a few miles and while i expect this from Chinese scooters i would also expect the seller to send the parts out under warranty, mine had parts break off that only Boom parts would fit and the seller never sent the parts, i ended up getting rid of it and buying another one somewhere else. Check out their YouTube videos, every one has the comments disabled because so many people were leaving poor reviews and their experiences in the comment section, I got to see this before they disabled them all.
