services paid for and not received
On October 31, 2018 I placed an online order for some courses to be shipped over night. I paid a lot of money for the overnight services. I wasn't able to talk to anyone until Nov 5, 2018 at which time I was told by a customer service rep that there was a notice on the web site , in red, that no orders were going to be shipped until Nov 05,2018. I did not see any such notification. If the service wasn't going to be available then it should"nt Have been offered. A better way would of been to for the website to be temporarily down for services. I paid for a service and didn't receive it. I would like to be compensated. A partial refund or a free course would be acceptable. This could be a determining factor in whether or not I continue to use and recommend Western Schools in the future.
