Service related quiery

My honda activa AMC was completed in june 2020 but the service I did not avail due to rapid spread of Covid 19. I went for service in October 2020 in SK Honda service Show room in Trichy they have denied to give service to my honda two wheeler saying that my AMC was expired. Pl explain the reason
