I ordered from your APP using click and collect and i was suppose to get my order yesterday but as i went there they didnt now about the service and today again i visited same branch LULU MALL DAMMAM and unfortunatley i got the same answer, i advise to educate the customer service about the service CLICK AND COLLECT so we can avoid such problems in future orders now i need you to get my order which i have ordered three days ago.
