Sent wrong product and when asked for refund or replacement, response was, “Sorry, no”

Ordered yellow lights and they sent colored lights instead. When asked to send the product purchased, the response was, "Sorry, no" Who does that? No one that cares about customer service and only someone interested in only collecting money with no intention of delivering quality product. Disputing credit card charge and contacting BBB. User's recommendation: Stay away from this vendor. If you get your product, it will be the wrong one, and you won't get your money back from them.
